TARAS BOULBA
Taras Boulba is a thirst-quenching, light and fresh beer with a strong character. A slightly cloudy blonde, the nose develops fragrances of cold-added noble hops, which give it an herbaceous, floral and slightly citric touch. Its bitterness is powerful and its finish well dry. This profile is complemented by malty notes of fresh grains and fruity/spicy aromas from fermentation.
Who we are
We are Davide, Mariangela and Mattia, and since we opened in 2015 there is not a day that we do not try to improve.
