This is a traditional German lager with a golden color and a fine, persistent foam. Aromas of bread crust and acacia honey emerge, with a slightly herbaceous finish. A fresh and balanced drink.
It pairs ideally with traditional Bavarian dishes: baked pork knuckle, sausages and sauerkraut. It is an excellent beer to pair generally with white meats, medium-aged cheeses and unspiced cured meats.
Spring water, barley and wheat malt, hops, yeast.
